Rugby In Bloom Awards Again for Benn Partnership Centre!

This year our volunteer gardening team went one better, securing a Gold Award at the Benn Hall on 19th September.

Improving on last year's Silver Gilt Award - a Gold Award in the Community Groups Category! Presented to: Kuldip Ranu (Trustee) and Alvaro Almeida (Volunteer) by Rugby's Mayor, Cllr Tom Mahoney

ACL Courses Due to Re-start soon

Adult & Community Learning will recommence their full range of courses at the Benn Partnership Centre in September 2018. ACL provide English, Maths, ESOL and ITQ courses up to Level 2, free to those who qualify.

Rugby Festival of Culture - Benn Partnership Contribution

Gita Natarajan, Beyond Brexit Project Manager at Benn Partnership Centre, with her pupils at the Rugby Bharanthanatyam Academy. Gita is preparing them for their routine as part of the Fine Arts & Culture Feast at the Academy on Sunday July 8th from 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

Prison Officer's Association Form Links with Benn Partnership Centre

The POA Learning team at Newbold Revel have formed a strong link with the Benn Partnership Centre in Rugby, a multi-cultural community centre, working to support vulnerable people to overcome barriers and to re-engage with the mainstream.

Beyond Brexit Grant Received By Benn Partnership Centre

Benn Partnership Centre has been awarded a further grant from Rugby Group Benevolent Fund, to help their new community project: Beyond Brexit

The new project will be a continuation of existing  work currently being undertaken with their present  Beyond Recession Project”,  but will focus on requirements needed in the future employment market, particularly more self-reliance, better IT knowledge and a host of work based skills that will appeal to employers..

The project will commence on 1st August 2017 and will run for the next three years, with the continued support of the Rugby Benevolent Fund.
