This week we walked across the fields between Lawford and Newbold, through the wood (we got lost, how embarrassing!) and back up the river. We saw rabbits, a squirrel, lots of bees and hundreds of damsel flies, very beautiful. It felt like real countryside.
Next week we will be starting from the Sports Centre car park, along Barby Road, back along Ashlawn Rd then returning via the Great Central Walk.
