The Oasis Room is situated at the Rugby Health and WellBeing Centre, 2 minutes walk down the road from the Benn Partnership Centre.

It is like a small suite, self contained with kitchen and toilets, and accommodates up to 60 people in theatre style. There is a 2 hour minimum hire period.

NOTE: The Oasis Room currently has a long term hire contract with an organisation that have it every day, all week, until December 2026. This Room will not be available for any other organisation to hire until this contract ends. If you require a room, please click here to see our other rooms at the main Benn Partnership Centre.

Facilities:

Technology: Wi-Fi / Projector / Screen / Sound System. Your own laptop can be connected easily to the projector and speakers.

Comfort: Kitchen area including fridge, microwave, kettle & sink. You are welcome to bring your own tea and coffee.

Coffee Area: seating area with comfortable armchairs and coffee table.

Toilets: Gents, Ladies and Accessible Toilets.

Fully Air Conditioned.

Refreshments:

We can provide tea, coffee & biscuits for £2.00 per person, with hot water, cups and everything you need laid on in the room.

Room Hire Rates

£35.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period.

Our room hire rates are negotiable for organisations and activities who can demonstrate benefit to the community.

Note: Oasis Room Hire rate increased by 20% as of April 1st 2025. This is the first increase since 2020.

Commercial Room Hire Rates:

The Benn Partnership Centre is dedicated to assisting the community. To that end, we keep our room hire rates low for local community organisations, to assist in providing services that local people need.

For commercial organisations, who can afford to pay commercial rates, the Oasis Room is available at £40.00 per hour.
