OCD SUPPORT – Rugby is an informal support group for anyone suffering with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

We have been running since September 2021.

“OCD is a common, chronic, and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and/or behaviours (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.” – NIH

The group runs on the first Thursday of every month at the Benn Partnership Centre and is free to attend. We are a self-funded community organisation and the only OCD support group in the Warwickshire area.

I have found the group supportive and nurturing. It has been wonderful to be able to spend a couple of hours a month since September, talking to fellow sufferers. Knowing that others find their brains working in the strange way my own does, is life affirming. Having had OCD since adolescence, it has been wonderful to find this group in my 60s.

We are currently seeking funding for 2023 and gratefully receive donations from the general public.

If you would like to support our community organisation, donations can be made directly to the Benn Partnership Centre.
