Room hire that is perfect for a variety of group sizes, all our rooms have projectors and screens. We are at the ideal location to host events ranging from small to medium groups at a reasonable price.

Site Facilities:

Technology: Wi-Fi / Projector / Screen / Sound System. Your own laptop can be connected easily to the projector and speakers.

Furniture: Example Hall laid out in a cafe style. Rectangular tables also available, as are comfortable chairs for informal area.

Comfort: Kitchen with Kettle, Microwave and Fridge just up the corridor. Tea and coffee £1 per cup.

Toilets: Gents and Ladies. Accessible Toilet for Disabled people available just around the corner in main building.

The Oasis Room is situated at the Rugby Health and WellBeing Centre, 2 minutes walk down the road from the Benn Partnership Centre. It is a small, self-contained suite, and accommodates up to 60 people. There is a 2 hour minimum hire period for this location.

£30 per hour (minimum hire period 2 hours)

Our main hall at the Benn partnership is suitable for up to 60 attendees, we can offer a variety of seating arrangements to suit.

This room is perfect for functions, additionally we can provide a limited daytime catering menu. For functions we ask for a deposit prior to the event (please phone for details).

There is a commercial kitchen adjacent to the main hall available for hire at an additional £9.00 per hour.

Also, the Main Hall has a partition, and can be split into to smaller rooms, Main Hall 1 and Main Hall 2. See below for details.

£20 per hour (minimum hire period 2 hours)

Main Hall 1 can seat up to 40 people in theatre style, of course other seating arrangements are available.

Projector, screen and sound system are all available for this room.

£15 per hour (minimum hire period 2 hours)

Main Hall 2 can seat up to 18 people in theatre style, but we can arrange the furniture however you want.

£15.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period. £40.00 minimum total charge for evening and weekend bookings

Community Room 1: Accommodates up to 14 people.

Room 2

£15.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period. £40.00 minimum total charge for evening and weekend bookings

Community Room 2: Accommodates up to 14 people.

Rooms 1 & 2:

£15.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period. £40.00 minimum total charge for evening and weekend bookings.

Rooms 1 & 2 combined: £25.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period.

Community Room 1: Accommodates up to 14 people.

Community Room 2: Accommodates up to 10 people.

The partition between Rooms 1 & 2 can be removed, to accommodate up to 22 people.

£15.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period. £40.00 minimum total charge for evening and weekend bookings.

Accommodates up to 16 people, Boardroom Style.

£30.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum hire period.

Our Cyber Cafe at the Benn Partnership, has 10x Windows 11 PCs, with wired internet connection.

(Please note: food and drink are not permitted in the Cybercafe)
